"In Nov 2008, I approached Richard to assist me to change the Air-con system in my house. It cost about $2600.
The day before they install the new air-con, they made a special visit to my house to discuss with me how to remove my old system, and install the new one. They were very detailed in the planning and noted down many things that needed to be shifted or protected.

The next day at about 1pm, I went down for lunch & some grocery shopping and Richard's guys to install the air-con. I was impressed that when I returned at about 4:30pm, the new Air-con system was installed and the guys were packing up and conducting some minor checks here and there to ensure that everything was perfect.
